Vita Consecrata Cenacle
The Vita Consecrata Cenacle is
a fellowship of religious and other consecrated people who gather
together three times a year for Eucharistic Adoration, a short
reflection on the religious life, and fraternal time over a meal.
Any religious and consecrated person who desires to have some time
of spiritual reflection and fellowship with other consecrated people
seeking to grow in virtue and holiness is welcome to join us.
The cenacle meets on three
important dates for the Domus:
• The Presentation of the Lord,
World Day of the Consecrated Life (February 2nd)
• The Solemnity of St. John the Baptist (June 24th) and
• The Rosa Mystica Day for World League of Expiatory Communions
(October 13th)
The reflection is imparted by
selected religious, priests, bishops, theologians, or other
consecrated people that excel in their personal witness or
commitment to the religious life in the Church.
The first meeting of the year,
on February 2nd, is longer because it's set up in a "vocation fair"
style and is open to young people discerning their vocation.
The religious affiliated to the cenacle assist in the vocations fair
and prepare a booth with their community's information, if desired.
All these meetings will be held
at the Domus.
